GRECIA

Grecia, the district where our project is located, has the highest number of profesionales per squared km. It also has the highest amount of medical professionals per capita. Because it is a zone that is currently growing economically, real estate and housing in this zone is affordable and highly valuable. The cost of living here is lower than in the more populated and denser parts of the city center.

Aside from its extraordinary natural beauty, there are 7 universities in the zone. Grecia is also considered the cleanest city in the country and for years has been internationally renowned for having the best climate in the world.

 A GROWING TALENT POOL

The west part of Costa Rica’s city center is filled with local talent. There are several educational centers in the area, including different universities with technical degrees. Because of the lower cost of living and the surrounding natural landscapes, this part of the country has become very attractive for young talent.

By working in the area, the western work force can enjoy a better quality of life with less commute time. This less dense part of the country allows for more comfortable parking spaces, as well as more affordable housing options.
